Junk Barge
This structure we stumbled across looks to be an old barge of some sort. It is sticking in the mud on end at about a 45 degree angle, with junk piled at the bottom which could be part of the pilot house/shed. On the depth sounder it looked like a big tree. We descended to the bottom and continued to circle it. It seems to have on one side its hull intact whereas on the other side the hull is gone and all that is left is the wood supports. The platform or top deck seems to be intact, and we noticed railings on the side. It looks as though this old barge was just used up and dumped.
